Located in the heart of Quincy Center, RODE’s seven-story, 68,000 SF tower brings 43 residential units, a two level restaurant, and below-grade parking to this bustling urban infill site. A bold and timeless design makes use of glass, stone, and masonry and includes a large, multi-story restaurant. The building is also pursuing Mass Timber construction, a sustainable building technology utilizing cross-laminated timber columns, beams, and planks that reduce both emissions and the embodied carbon footprint of new construction.

The building is designed to engage with and activate the future adjacent civic space, bringing both commercial vitality and residential density to the area. The project is poised to be a key step in the redevelopment of Quincy Center.
