The Daughters of Israel Mikvah was phase one of a three-phase project, completed in 2019. Phase two was the renovation of the Congregation Kadimah Toras-Moshe Synagogue, completed in 2021. Part three, slated for completion in 2021, is 105 Washington, a 73-unit residential building. All three buildings share a site along Washington Street in Brighton. The building takes its massing cues from the neighborhood building context and its facade aesthetically connects it to the neighboring Synagogue in materiality and tone. An inverted butterfly roof form nods to the collection of rainwater for the gravity-fed baths.
