Building on the success of the Brucewood trio of Passive Houses, RODE is currently designing a Passive House community of 18 homes on a 28-acre parcel of land. The neighborhood will include three styles of home: a single-level model with two wings on either side of a central dining and social space; a two-story model with a grand, full-height living area; and a split-level with dramatic views running the full length of the home.
