RODE is leading the design of a multi-faceted project along Dorchester's waterfront. The mixed-used development encompasses several buildings and will bring a community wharf and boathouse, 120 residential units, office and community meeting space, and a resilient landscape of native plantings and public walking paths. The design for the development makes rigorous efforts to address waterfront resiliency, energy efficiency, and transportation impacts.
