RODE was selected by a development team led by non-profit housing organization The Community Builders and Pine Street Inn to bring this transformative, mixed-use development to Jamaica Plain. 

The project will bring all income-restricted housing units, including units offering support services for men and women moving out of homelessness. The mix of unit types is expressed through the stepped bays and material variation on the facades. 

The building folds itself into the bustling Washington Street corridor, drawing from and improving upon the guidelines established by the JP/Rox Master Plan.
