Description
Dorchester Brewing Co. opened in 2016 as the first contract brewery in the city of Boston. Sited within a transitional zone along Mass Ave between Dorchester and Boston, the Brewery was envisioned as a future "gateway" into Dorchester. Its success has become a catalyst for the development of the surrounding South Bay, Newmarket, and Mass Ave corridor.
Our client's vision was to provide a lively, inclusive environment for the community to gather; to provide the local business community with shared space and resources; and to encourage minority-owned businesses to put down roots in the neighborhood.
