DESIGNER
RODE Architects is a collaborative, innovative design firm in Boston’s South End. The firm is seeking a full-time Architectural Designer to join the team in the design of institutional, commercial, residential and multi-family buildings from design through construction.
Candidates must have a Bachelor of Architecture degree or a Master of Architecture degree, and at least 2 years of post-graduation experience in professional architectural office. Candidates should also have experience the following skill set:
Proficiency in Revit, Photoshop, Illustrator, and In Design
Strong design and graphic illustration skills
Knowledge of construction documents
Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills to effectively communicate ideas to various levels of individuals including clients, consultants, and architects
Embraces the challenge of juggling multiple tasks in a fast paced environment
Be highly motivated, organized, and able to self-manage tasks and priorities to meet deadlines

PROJECT ARCHITECT
RODE Architects is a collaborative, innovative design firm in Boston’s South End. The firm is seeking a full-time Project Architect to join the team in the design of institutional, commercial, residential and multi-family buildings from design through construction.
Candidates must have a Bachelor of Architecture degree or a Master of Architecture degree and at least 7 years of relevant work experience.
We are looking for candidates that have the following skill set.
Proficiency in Revit (a must), Photoshop, Illustrator, and In Design
Strong design and graphic illustration skills
Demonstrated experience executing architectural projects from Design through Construction Administration
Project team leadership in the iterative design process through all phases of delivery including meeting deadlines, coordination of consultants, and construction administration
Demonstrated experience managing project staffing and budgets
Effective mentor for all levels of staff
Excellent written, verbal, listening and presentation skills to effectively communicate and collaborate with your teams, clients and consultants
Be highly motivated, organized, and able to manage or delegate tasks and priorities to meet project deadlines
