"Design for positive change involves contextualizing the past and living in the present, so that we can prepare for the future."
Molly joined RODE full-time in 2023 after two years with RODE as a Northeastern Co-op, summer intern, and finally part-time intern while completing her M.Arch at Northeastern. Her passion for designing equitable and accessible urban environments, of which RODE works extensively, as well as the great firm culture, kept her coming back. Molly has stayed connected to Northeastern University as a TA for two architectural sketching Dialogue of Civilizations summer programs in France alongside Professor Mary Hale (2023, 2024), as well as continued involvement with portfolio reviews for current students, mentoring both architecture students and students interested in design. She is an avid cycling enthusiast and is involved in advocacy for safer streets for pedestrians and cyclists, and enjoys making all kinds of art.
